Flex Program

Flex has everything your child needs to thrive and succeed without the stress and anxiety of “traditional” schooling.

Similar to the concept of Montessori, which takes a hands-on approach to learning, the Flex concept provides a learner-centered environment where the children have ownership of their lessons and are guided in the educational process to attain mastery utilizing their innate abilities and interests. However, unlike the Montessori method, which was created over 100 years ago, Flex takes experiential learning into the 21st century by providing children with the life skills, technology and innovation opportunities they need to become the leaders of the future. We fully believe that the Flex Learning Academy concept will become the most effective and strategic model for education used throughout the entire world.

At FLEX, our students learn core curriculum through engaging delivery methods such as:

  • Socratic Seminar Discussions
  • Project-based Assessments
  • Live in-person or Live on Zoom
  • Hands-on Experiential Activities
  • Field Trips into the “Living Classroom”
  • Attention-directing and Redirecting
  • Expert Guest Speakers
  • Yoga and Meditation Classes
  • Volunteering & Philanthropy
  • Internship programs
